The AD is not normally available between 2359-0700 (2300-0600) except for SAR or MEDEVAC flights by arrangement. The AD will normally be closed on 25 December except for SAR and MEDEVAC flights by arrangement. Refer also to AD 2.20 item 1 and to AD 2.21.
